Newly Remodeled hunters escape away from home! Lodge is 2,000 square feet with two bedrooms. The first bedroom has three bunk beds with full on bottom twin on top! Second bedroom has two full beds. Living room located upstairs with couches, one recliner and tv. Kitchenette has toaster oven, microwave and a grill located outside. Located downtown close to restaurants and bars! Grandview Acres guests are blessed with a county atmosphere AND city convenience. Located 25 miles south of Stuttgart, just outside DeWitt city limits. 5900 sq.ft. with wraparound porch where you can sit and watch the deer graze. Will accommodate 6-10 guests with all the comforts of home. Large gathering space with satellite tv and ample seating, full gourmet kitchen, dining table for 10, wet bar area, guest half bath, pool and foosball tables, and room to spare for the event you have in mind.

Guide Shack

Small living quarters build into a large farm shop. Nightly rates are affordable but check into weekly and monthly stays for a good savings! This is a small area but has everything you could possibly need for short term stays. Perfect for working groups or someone that will be busy during the day and just needs an affordable place to lay their head at night! As mentioned it’s built inside an existing shop so it’s on old stained concrete floors but the building and the fixtures are nice and new!

Cheerful 1 Bedroom Tiny Container House on Stilts

Located 25 min. East of Little Rock, this Tiny House is a one of a kind stay! The red custom tiny container house was hand designed & built by the owner. It is located less than a mile from I-40 & Arkansas HWY 70. Nice elongated front porch with peaceful overlook of ponds. Entire house to yourself. Not only will your stay be 'in the air' but Breakfast will be included in your stay(if desired). One full couch, tv, indoor fireplace, one bunk bed & everything accommodable for your stay is here!

River getaway

Vacation getaway nestled on the Arkansas River in the Pendleton community. Fish from the porch or bring your own boat and keep it in the private covered boat slip. The public boat launch is walking distance away. Several fishing tournaments are held every year at this location. The Wilbur D Mills Dam is less than 5 miles downstream, where you can experience world class catfishing and snagging. 20lb+ catfish are common. The Arkansas Post is only minutes away for hiking trails and bike rides.

Farm House On the Hill -Entire House

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

Dirty Delta Lodge

Quiet getaway oasis in Stuttgart, AR. Lodge type home with a 3 acre pond steps away from the back door. The lodge is down a dirt road, it is right past a white house and the mailbox to the lodge has a flag beside it. If you drive past a trailer home you’ve gone too far!
