Easy freeway access, a cul-de-sac, with off-street parking. Located in the basement of our home. We have installed soundproofing throughout the entire space but you will hear our children off and on throughout the day. It will be quiet between the hours of 9:30p-7:30a. You may hear babies occasionally during the night.
