Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Ons gezellige guesthouse met sauna ligt op een eiland aan de Leidsche Vaart bij het Braassemermeer. U vindt ons tussen Amsterdam (ong. 30 minuten, auto), Schiphol (ong. 20 minuten, auto en 30 minuten, bus) en Den Haag (ong. 35 minuten, auto) in het Groene Hart. Veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen, wandelen (gelegen aan het Marskramerpad), varen, steden en/of strand (25 minuten) te bezoeken. De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.
