The Home Place

The Homeplace is the most recent overnight lodging venue at the DD Lazy T Ranch. The ranch is a working cattle ranch located 3 miles west of Perryville on Hwy 60 W, already home to the DD Lazy T Ranch Bed, Breakfast & Barn. The original headquarters of the ranch, The Homeplace is a restored 1950’s farmhouse with simple country charm furnished completely with antiques that are for sale. We are centrally located to Petit Jean, Mt. Nebo, Pinnacle Mtn, and Lake Sylvia State Parks, and Nimrod Lake.

Rock House Cabin

Bring the whole family and all your friends to enjoy this fully furnished rustic rock cabin nestled on 14 acres adjoining Petit Jean State Park. Petit Jean was recently named one of Budget Travel's top state parks! This mountaintop retreat overlooks Ada Valley. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig machine and fresh air on a private deck while listening to music on the sounds of nature and admiring one of the most beautiful areas in Arkansas. This 2,100 sq ft home sits on the south brow only 0.3 miles from the Museum of Automobiles and 3 miles from Mather Lodge. You will get plenty of rest and relaxation in this peaceful setting.

Mammaw's Mountaintop is inspired by my grandmother. It's super cozy, private, quiet, & the perfect get away. Located on 1.38 acres, this 3 bed/2 bath home is across the street from Petit Jean State Park and Lake Bailey. It's also walking distance to the Outpost, Coffeehouse, & very close to Visitors Center, campgrounds, & Museum of Automobiles. Gnomes are hidden throughout the grounds & makes for a fun search for the whole family and deer frequent the property in the evenings.

This timeless nostalgic style cabin will take you back in time sitting on 8 acres all to yourself. Feel free to wander to the bridge and enjoy the park like setting and fire pit. Only 1.5 miles to Petit Jean St. Park. Open floorpan, 2 bedrooms & 1 bath downstairs. Upstairs loft has 2 single beds. Wood burning fireplace. Large kitchen, bar stools, new frame tv with Netflix, fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, coffee and creamer provided. Covered back porch overlooking.

Cozy open-concept home perfectly located between the convenience of Morrilton and the adventure of Petit Jean State Park. Come for the beauty of country living in Arkansas and enjoy a cup of tea on the front or back porch with a partial view of Petit Jean Mountain. For your comfort, we just installed a new custom made (by the owner) headboard with integrated lights, nightstands and charging ports and new mattress in the master bedroom!

Relax with the whole family at Davis Ranch. The former home of my parents Bill and Rosemary Davis. Newly remodeled to feel A little like the family home. Come relax and stay awhile. Nearby Lake Nimrod offers great fishing and beautiful scenery. Be sure to visit the Junction Cafe while in town for a meal but check for hours of operation.
