Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

We offer attractive self catering accommodation in a quiet picturesque rural Cumbrian village in the Lyvennet Valley at the northern edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. You will enjoy exclusive use of this well equipped house for 5 guests (with additional mezzanine double sofa bed if required). Set in it's own beautiful garden with an open aspect over fields, this area is wonderful for walking and cycling and with easy access to the Lakes District. Dark skies are a notable feature.

Hilltop Lodge is a beautiful detached timber building set in enclosed garden (perfect for dogs). It's open plan, with a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on an evening, with well-equipped kitchen and dining area. It has large windows with lots of natural light. The garden is abundant in wildlife throughout the year, and has a lovely terrace to sit out on with comfortable outdoor seating. Mini Murton House is a converted dog friendly barn situated in the peaceful village of Murton. There is a Finnish wood burning hot tub on your own private south facing patio. The barn retains many original features, with exposed beams and large barn door. Cosy wood burning stove, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 mezzanine level). We are trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible: The Mini Murton House toilet has been twinned, we have 4 recycling bins and a composter.
