The Nesting Box is an ideal space to return to and recharge in after “free-ranging” locally. Comfortable, cool, and centrally located to the best of Butler Street. Designers collaborated to maximize the minimal space with creative comforts for experiencing "tiny living". Our shipping container addition led us to have 2 front 🚪. We welcome guests to our on-street private guest suite. Urban family homestead with 1 🐈‍⬛, 2 🐕, and 3 🐓 that resided with us for 5 years (recently rehomed to farm).

Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

Millvale has a massive amount of charm, with many of the same attributes of Lawrenceville at a lower price point. We're right over the bridge from Lawrenceville & a 5-minute drive to downtown & the North shore stadiums.

Comfort Central is in a very safe neighborhood with on street parking. It's 7 miles from downtown Pittsburgh, universities, stadiums, museums and 2 miles from RIDC Park in O'Hara Township. It' conveniently located within an 8 minute drive from the Pennsylvania Turnpike . There is a hospital and park nearby. The Waterworks Mall which includes grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, wine and spirits store, fast food , and movie theater is a short 5 minute drive.

PRIVATE FULL STUDIO (G2)

This Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay with a queen bed, a sleeper sofa (almost queen size), a full kitchen and a full bathroom (shower only) with a private entrance on the 2 nd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10)

Open and bright private apartment located in the Fox Chapel area. Entire apartment was recently remodeled with all new furnishings and fixtures. We are located only 20 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh and 15 minutes to Heinz Field, PPG Paints Arena, and PNC Park. This area is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and the PA Turnpike. Highland Park is mostly residential, with a small business district with several popular restaurants, a coffee shop, a bakery, and a small market. The apartment is one block from the bus line, and less than a mile to Whole Foods and an ever growing choice of restaurants in East Liberty. Downtown Pittsburgh is only 4 miles away.
