Historische woning 1902 "cozy house 1902"

Historical house with a great living room, dinning room and kitchen. There are 2 sleeping rooms with in total 5 beds. The neighbourhous is quit and its only a few stepts from the naional park "de kennemerduinen" 10 minutes by train to Haarlem and 30 minutes by train to the city of Amsterdam were you can have dinner or to go out. Parking for free in the street. Alleready got more then 130 enthousiastic guests in my house, they all want to come back. Alle basic shops arround the corner. SUPER!!!

Alleen al door de rust en ruimte, en het uitzicht op het noordzeekanaal geeft je het gevoel van vrijheid, . en toch dicht bij de steden Amsterdam..Haarlem en Alkmaar.!! Binnen in de woning de gezellige warme afwerking, met de luxe van thuis. in de tuin de heerlijke tuinkamer, met gezellige terrasoverkapping en slaapgelegenheid voor degenen die niet naar boven kunnen. stapelbed voor 3 gasten buiten een heerlijk ruime tuin met speelmogelijkheden voor de kinderen! met veel boerderijdieren.

The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. Met openbaar vervoer naar centrum Amsterdam duurt ongeveer 15 minuten. De bushalte ligt op 50 meter. Een (Uber) taxi naar de stad is amper 15minuten. Deze woning is niet geschikt voor kinderen tussen 6 maanden en 4 jaar.

Het vakantiehuis is gelegen aan het Noord-Hollands kanaal. Het huis is niet heel stil gelegen, maar wel gezellig en centraal t.o.v. Alkmaar, Bergen en Schoorl. Zeer geschikt voor vriendinnenclubjes, fietsclubjes en gezinnen, die niet op een vakantiepark willen zitten. Het huis heeft veel oorspronkelijke details, wat het sfeervol en karakteristiek maakt. Het huis is geschakeld aan de woning van de eigenaar, maar er is volop privacy en een royale eigen tuin.
