This one bedroom includes a queen bed, with pack-n-play, a queen futon bed and small futon in the living room which allows 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. The partial kitchen has an electric burner, microwave, coffee pot, and a small combination oven/air fryer/toaster. Check us out! We think you’ll love it!

Charming and unique, the Fair House has a lot to offer within a small footprint! Tall ceilings, a roomy loft, two bedrooms, and a full kitchen/bath - you will have all you need for a relaxing get-away. Located on beautiful Price Coffee Rd, our place is ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat that is still only minutes from downtown. Enjoy the large covered porch, fire pit, and 3 acres to spread out. Custom designed, the Fair House is a great place to relax for couples, families, or friends!

Stauss House

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The Stauss House is close to local attractions and nightlife, but far enough away to be cozy. With town squares, bike trails, parks and plenty of restaurants nearby, there is something for everyone to enjoy. But should family night in be the plan, our spacious kitchen and living area make for a great experience. Combine that with a fenced in back yard, large back porch with a grill and hot tub, the whole family will be happy.

The Shack is a fully functional living space - complete with a driveway long enough to back in your boat, WiFi, full kitchen and bath, laundry, pull-out sleeper couch, two TVs and a separate master bed area with a beautiful pine feature wall.

Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit.
