Everything is at your fingertips when you stay at this centrally-located waterfront home. In the heart of Avon only a few blocks to shops, restaurants, Avon Pier, and more with easy walk and bicycle access to it all. Enjoy the good life in this new construction built in 2022 and relax with sunset views over the Pamlico Sound, direct access to the water from the property with provided kayaks and paddle boards, and boat/ ski owners may keep vessels tied up in the protected canal out back!

Oyster Point

Relax in this peaceful location with amazing sound views. Sound access nearby. It has a fully equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, broom and small vacuum (located in the outside closet on the deck). Whether you want a quiet, relaxing stay or an activity-filled stay with biking, kayaking, or traveling the island, Oyster Point is your destination place! Note: There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed on the property. This includes inside the house, outside on the decks, and on the grounds.

Our newly constructed family home is 3 Bed,2 Bath - kitchen,dining,living room . Outside shower, also has fish cleaning table, and storage area for your wind surfing supplies, fishing poles, or bikes. Walk across the street to the beach(4 Minute walk). Shopping for groceries(1 mile away) along with restaurants, and gift shops for the shoppers. Avon is a quiet beach/fishing town that offers relaxation at it's finest. 2023 Enjoy New under house bar!Also kinnakeet pool passes are included!

Our 2024 construction, located just a short walk to the beach access, offers the perfect blend of modern and coastal charm. Four bedrooms on the first floor; including a king master suite with its own bathroom. The second floor has an open plan with a spacious kitchen, an island, a dining room with plenty of natural light, and a living area opening into a second-story deck. A work desk. Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outside shower. Parking for max. three cars.

Hole in the Wall- Sound Side with Hot Tub!

Hole in the Wall is a sister house to High Wind Lookout . This spacious three bedroom private home is sound side with private access to the water. It's the perfect location for kite surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking and fishing. It is also a one block walk to the beach and only a few steps from the walking trail that leads to restaurants, coffee shops and more. Hole in the Wall is noted for viewing the best sunrises and sunsets from it's extra large top deck.

This is a cheerful and friendly cottage on the Pamlico sound, away from the noise. It has been freshly redone and it features a softly lit, under the house deck, with swings, hammock, sand box, toys, chairs and outdoor eating space, also an outdoor shower. Around the corner from us is a boat ramp to drop a boat or maybe some jet skis. The sunsets are relaxing and absolutely stunning. This cozy cottage will call you back time & again! Enjoy your stay!

This is our personal family home, also known as AllInnAvonBeachHouse, and we are hoping to find renters who are looking for the same amazing, relaxing, and enjoyable experiences as we do. This home is incredibly spacious, perfect for 2-3 families, lots of space to sit and relax and enjoy meals together. This area is sought out for surfing, fishing, shell collecting. Beach chairs, cornhole set, basketballs, beach toys all included.

Our sweet little beach cottage is a comfortable and relaxing little piece of paradise, located on the canal in Avon colony. Perfect for single families, with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. One story living with water views looking north and west. Great location for water activities such as fishing, boating, kayaking(5 provided) or SUP(2 provided). The beach is a short walk from the house.
