The first level of our home has a large living area with cathedral ceilings. All vinyl floors. It offers a well equipped kitchen for a fish fry dinner and a dining area with 2 sets of sliders to access the 2nd floor deck. The deck has a picnic table and adirondak chairs for the afternoon sun.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, broom and small vacuum (located in the outside closet on the deck). Around the corner from us is a boat ramp to drop a boat or maybe some jet skis. The sunsets are relaxing and absolutely stunning. This cozy cottage will call you back time & again! Enjoy your stay!

This is our personal family home, also known as AllInnAvonBeachHouse, and we are hoping to find renters who are looking for the same amazing, relaxing, and enjoyable experiences as we do. This home is incredibly spacious, perfect for 2-3 families, lots of space to sit and relax and enjoy meals together. This area is sought out for surfing, fishing, shell collecting. Beach chairs, cornhole set, basketballs, beach toys all included.
