Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

This newly renovated private suite is set up perfectly to be your home away from home. You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.

This room is best suited for a quiet, solo traveler. You have your own bedroom with Queen bed, but sharing bathrooms with other guests. High speed Verizon Fios fiber optic Wi-Fi, over the air HDTV reception, free laundry. Free parking ON the street, Bus stop around the corner, metro station is 15 min bus ride away. Kitchen/dining/living room are shared with everyone else in the house.
