Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Build a fire and relax in the pavilion by the fireplace or sit around the fire pit. Guests comment that they sleep so well in the room. Walk to property to see the chickens, horse and donkey. Just a great place to just relax! We have added a small chair that converts to a bed (not very comfy) if you are traveling with kids - we can squeeze 3 in.

Our Tiny House is located on our farm overlooking beautiful rolling hills of the farms that surrounds ours and mountains in the distance. Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are in the city limits of Kingsport, 3 miles from downtown. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together.

Belton Retreat is a 420 acre vacation destination. Sit in a front porch rocker while overlooking fields and a farm pond. Catch a glimpse of deer and turkey. Go for a hike on 10 mi. of trails thru mature hardwood forest. We have 4 ponds, a creek and numerous streams. This is a working farm so we are always doing farmsy stuff.
