The complex has three outdoor pools which are seasonal and a recreational building with a heated indoor pool open all year round. It also has sauna, hot tub, gym and changing rooms. Sorry no pets allowed in rentals as per HOA.

If you love being a short walk to the beach this place is for you! . We provide beach chairs and a cart for your 5 minute walk to beach. Eat in kitchen and you can serve your honey breakfast in bed. Farmers market around the corner in the summer months as well as concerts every Friday night, Tennis courts, pickle ball and splash pad in the same area to cool you off. We offer Wi-Fi and Roku. . Gas fire place on back porch. Indoor fireplace use is seasonal.

Guests are never far from a relaxing day by the ocean or the many exciting activities Carolina Beach has to offer. We personally lived here for two years and enjoyed every moment!

The beautifully remodeled kitchen is completely stocked for all your cooking desires. The master suite contains a King size bed with a private bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a bath containing a tub / shower combo.
