Grandma's LBI House

Bring the whole family to our spacious house on the beach block in Barnegat Light, recently highlighted in the Washington Post as a relaxing beach. There are spaces to be by yourself and read a book and spaces to gather together and eat, talk, play games or watch movies. Outside, you can take the short walk a half block to the dunes and beach. Or walk a few blocks to the township park and playground, Barnegat Lighthouse, and shops and restaurants. Everything is here for you to come and relax!

Goldie Point A Dreamy Retro Beach Escape for 2026

Goldie Point is a mid-century, cedar shingled bohemian beach cottage. A great gathering place for friends and family. This unique home is a 10 minute walk through the gorgeous board-walked dunes filled with pine trees to the clean, serene beach. You’ll find lifeguards on duty from May-September. This beach location is truly a surfers delight. Our home is also walking or biking distance to bars and restaurants, coffee shops and the like. Less than 7 nights stays are available. A quiet street, our cottage is ideal for a couple or small family. Our family seaside escape for the last 15 years, this is not an impersonal rental property. Make yourself at home. Note that the house is a duplex, split down the middle of the house. We have wonderful retired neighbors who reside part time.
