It’s a short walk to Downtown Easton and the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, and Lafayette College is a 5 minute drive away. Using major routes, Bethlehem is about 15 miles, Allentown is about 20 miles, Philadelphia is about 70 miles, and NYC is about 75 miles. This cute little house is an excellent home base for all your adventures, or for a peaceful and quiet getaway.

The Roost, Strawbale Construction

You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Good for 2 adults, 2 children on pull out sofa.3 miles from center of Hackettstown. Also available on site are 2-three bedroom units and a 2-bedroom unit. Many food options, parks in area, grocery stores. Book and I will send video of place as site doesn’t accommodate for that. You can cancel if u don’t like it, but that won’t be the case. We strive for perfection to cleanliness, snacks, coffee choices to make for a memorable stay.
