This house is conveniently located (check the last picture for driving distances). This home does not disappoint!

Guesthouse is submerged under live oaks and palms on a 1/3 of an acre property in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The main house is in the premises on the other end of the lot. You can enjoy a patio área equipped with a breakfast/dinner table. You will enter through the garden and walk about 100 steps to the guesthouse. 5/10 min walk to Publix, CVS, Dollar Tree , Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, McDonald’s and more Red White and Blue Thrift store, Moca Museum, 10-20 minutes away from Miami’s nightlife.

Our cottage is located in a very quiet residential area, 15mn to the beach (Bal Harbor area).20mn from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports, Located in the backyard of the main house but separate and with an independent entry. Enjoy our tropical garden and beautiful pool, in the back of our house. Share with owner only, we give priority to our guests to enjoy it! Parking available in our front yard. No kitchen but microwave and fridge. TV, cable and WIFI. It is suggested to have a car.

The boat is anchored in Biscayne Bay, which allows you to view the Miami skyline from a distance. You'll be in the famous Coconut Grove area. I will be taking you from the dinghy dock to the boat. Two kayaks are included for guests.
