Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Also close to The Mall of the Netherlands. The ideal place for the real cycling or racing fanatic. Beautiful cycling routes can be started at a stone's throw. Ons vakantiehuisje ligt op 2 km van het strand en duinen. De eerste bollenvelden vind je direct bij het park (seizoen april-begin mei afhankelijk van het weer). De Keukenhof is op 5 km. Op 100 meter ligt het Oosterduinse Meer waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen en eten bij een van de leuke restaurants. Het ligt op recreatiepark Sollasi met zowel vakantie- als vaste bewoners. Plaatsen als Amsterdam, Haarlem, Delft, Den Haag en Leiden zijn binnen 15-30 minuten met de auto te bereiken.

So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

B&B Sun-drenched Garden Chalet

Our sunny garden chalet is freely situated in our 400 spuare metre-large garden behind the house. The chalet has sliding doors to the garden, a pull out sofa bed (double), an open kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood stove. Enjoy the peace on your own sunny terrace among the flowers and plants! Located in the heart of the flower bulb area near the coast, within 7 minutes walking distance to the train station.

Brugwachtershuisje Wijkerbrug

Geniet van dit monumentale huisje gelegen aan de Vliet, direct naast de brug. Het huisje is het woongedeelte van een voormalige boerderij, jarenlang gebruikt als brugwachters post. De brug wordt nu op afstand bediend, daarmee verloor het huisje haar functie. Nu is het een heerlijke en prachtige plek geworden om te genieten van het leven aan het water.
