Cheap sleep on a comfortable single bed in the heated conservatory with privacy curtains and blinds. It's larger than a bedroom. Because it is a conservatory, so it is cheaper than the double bedroom upstairs. Apart from that, everything else is the same. Guests who have stayed there say it is nice warm comfortable and good value. 2 persons maximum (the 2nd one at just £10 extra per night) Free fast WiFi. Free parking. Lymm Gem Family Guest House

Welcome to our little gem in Cheshire :) It’s lovely and tranquil but also excellent access to the main motorways. Lymm is a really lovely village to visit with lots of quaint pubs, the ‘Penny’ dam, historic Bridgewater canal, and the Transpennine Trail which is excellent for family cycling and dog walking. You get a full guest house with a master bedroom with double bed and ample room and storage, and a bunk bed with two single beds. There is a sofa bed also available downstairs.

The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

A stunning garden with hobbit hut where you’re welcome to sit and relax looking over fields towards Lymm Water Tower. Small to medium dogs only, some don’t like the spiral staircase. A double bedroom, en suite, sofa bed in lounge and kitchenette.
