Situada en el casco antiguo de Brisighella, uno de los Pueblos más bonitos de Italia, la Residenza d’epoca Lina es un magnifico apartamento que se encuentra en un edificio histórico y protegido que se remonta a los comienzos del siglo XVII. En la quietud de la campiña romagnola entre verdes colinas y excelentes olivares, ideal para largas y espectaculares rutas tanto de bicicleta cómo de senderismo. La Residenza d’epoca Lina dispone de plaza de aparcamiento en el patio común del edificio.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

La casa dispone di un angolo cottura comprensivo di forno, frigo, microonde e piastra elettrica. In casa é presente un camino. Esternamente c'è uno spazio dedicato alla cottura in forno a legna e uno spazio per il barbecue.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. Nell'antico borgo medioevale di Brisighella abbiamo ristrutturato un piccolo e prezioso bilocale indipendente, costruito a ridosso della roccia e che affaccia direttamente sulla Via degli Asini. Si tratta della celebre strada sopraelevata, inglobata negli edifici sovrastanti piazza Marconi, che segnava il percorso dei birocciai verso le vicine cave del gesso. Al "Shock the Donkey/The Lodge" vivrete un soggiorno che vi immergerà nella storia.
