Our home is located on 5 acres in the middle of farms yet we are 10 minutes from shopping and a large variety of restaurants. Tampa International Airport is 50 minutes away so we have the best of both worlds. We enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside but can be in Tampa for theatre in minutes. Hernando county boasts of some of the best golf courses in the area. We have a walking/biking trail 2 minutes from the house. Two State parks are 10 miles away and are a great way to spend the day.

Located 5 miles from the Chasshowitzka boat ramp it offers an undisturbed woodland hideaway. 10 miles south is world famous Weeki Wachee Springs. It’s also located 10-15 minutes from Rodgers Park located on the river where you can swim, kayak with manatees and enjoy fun family time! Also 15 minutes away is Pine Island Beach Park and SunWest Beach Park for skiing, wake boarding and obstacle course.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.
