Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Our home is only 3km from Bunclody town. Own transport is required as there is no direct bus route or taxi service. Go wild swimming 10 steps away surrounded by nature.The open plan ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen , dining area and a generous living area and balcony .Its a five minute walk to Clashganny Hse. Restaurant and all the amenities of the river Barrow,including looped forest walks ,Go with the flow kayaking and swimming .

Crab Lane Studios

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. “The Barn” is a beautifully restored 19th century building beside our Farm house, finely furnished for your comfort. Enjoy an Emperor size, bed dressed in luxury cottons. Although “The Barn” is private I'm always on hand. Nestled snugly on our farm at the end of a country lane, surrounded by gardens & lush countryside. Walk the towpaths of Borris, venture up Mt Leinster, enjoy the quaint pubs of Clonegal. Kilkenny City is a must.
