We are in a rural setting, but yet just a short drive to a variety of State Parks, fishing creeks, and the City of Williamsport - home of the Little League World Series!

Nestled right on the Susquehanna River, RIVER has a great view of Hyner Mountain Vista and easy access down to the water to enjoy at any moment. The beauty of the day floods the inside and the wonders of nature can be seen from every angle of our open floor plan. When evening falls, engulf yourself in beautifully colorful sunsets and vast skies littered with twinkling stars. RIVER is secluded and serine with original art sculptures and MCM pieces. Enjoy comforts of home right at your fingertips.

Try biking or walking the 60+ mile rail trail along the pine creek, hiking, Wellsboro's festivities/gas lights, skiing, or horseback riding. Plenty of options for hunting, fishing, state parks and streams in the local area.

Lake side at Rose Valley Lake

A wonderfully updated and beautifully furnished split level home. Located next to Rose Valley Lake. Come slow down and wake up to a large picture window facing the lake and mountains. Rose Valley Lake is a public 300+ acre Lake. Great boating ( no gas engines) fishing, hunting, thousands of acres of PA State game and public forest land. Designated state hiking trails surrounding the area. Only 20 minutes from downtown Williamsport Pa. Rose Valley is truly a Pennsylvania wilds treasure!

Blue Belle - The Little Blue Cottage

Located on Pennsylvania 2018 River of the Year Loyalsock Creek, this little cottage is a gem! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened porch as you listen to the sound of the creek and the birds. Inflate one of the tubes kept in the basement and take a float down the river. In the evening, roast marshmallows over the fire pit in the backyard while you watch fireflies flicker around the creek. Restaurants/retail shopping just 8 miles away. Little League World Series Park 15 miles away

Cozy Stay Apartment in Downtown Hughesville

This 100 year old home was lovingly refreshed and uniquely designed with you in mind. Located in the heart of downtown Hughesville, this 2nd floor apartment features exposed wooden beams, refurnished vintage furniture, and some slightly uneven floors. :) This small town feel which we truly love is conducive to relaxing and appreciating the nearby natural surroundings. The local area provides opportunity for hiking, cross country skiing, fishing, kayaking, etc. Free street parking!

Foothill House•Private 3 bedroom home•Hughesville

Foothill House is on the outskirts of Hughesville. It is in a country setting, abundant with wildlife. The house borders a pond, which is amazing to just sit and relax next too. Central Pa has many amazing restaurants that provide farm to table food in our lush pa summers. We are close to many outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, swimming and much more. If your visiting for work, we aren’t too far from civilization.

This quaint Lycoming Creek-side home is perfect for a weekend getaway. Located within 15 minutes of downtown Williamsport, 20 minutes of the Little League World Series, Rock Run, and hunting and fishing spots, this lovely little home has all the convinces of the city with the ease of country living. Cabin at Beaver Lake

Unique 'turn key' cabin is waiting for you! This beautiful furnished log cabin is nestled against the mountainside within the Beaver Lake community; approximately 25 minutes from Worlds End State park, 25 minutes from Rickett's Glen State Park, and 15 minutes from Hughesville. Features include a wrap around deck, large front yard, washer/dryer, wifi, and new kitchen stove and refrigerator. Ideal situation for quick get-away or a short-term monthly rental.

Secluded A-Frame Cabin

Unique A-frame cabin in private setting. Loft bedroom upstairs and open floor plan on ground floor. Large wrap around deck with covered area for grilling or just hanging out. Great place to take it easy and get away from it all. Wood Stove is the only source of heat. If you need some guideance on how to use the stove I'd be happy to meet up and give you a crash course. Wood for heating cabin is provided. Campfire ring with some wood provided also.

Slow down and unwind in nature at this warm and cozy boathouse right on the water of a 3 acre pond. A wildlife lovers paradise secluded in the forest yet only 12 minutes from downtown Williamsport. Read a book after sleeping beside the electric fireplace. Whether you choose to have a cup of coffee, a mug of hot cocoa, or a nice glass of wine, you're sure to feel refreshed after a relaxing stay in the serene wilderness.
