Our house has an attached guest suite and is located two minutes walk from the lake and Don Rowlands centre, licenced Podium Cafe, boat ramp . You cannot get closer. We are 20 mins from Hobbiton, 25 mins to world famous Hamilton Gardens, 55 mins to Rotorua, and 40 min to Waitomo caves. A great 2-3 day round trip. The unit has two bedrooms with ensuites, its own lounge area and kitchenette . Room 1 has a King size bed and Room 2 two king singles. There is also a double sofabed.

Has a living room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds (single on request), separate bathroom, toilet, and dining/laundry kitchenette. Garden, patio, salt pool, BBQ, and pizza oven. Free wifi off street parking and a paddock for horses. Fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and everything you need to make a simple meal. Not a full kitchen.

"The Old Church" Boutique Accommodation

Our wonderful home is a converted Catholic Church, built in 1954 which we were lucky enough to buy in 1996. It offers a unique and special stay, full of character with a peaceful atmosphere. A great place to spend time relaxing or exploring the beautiful area we live in. To add to this, Café 77 is situated right across the road in what was once the old derelict Manawaru Dairy Factory. They are open from 8 am to 3 pm daily and we can highly recommend!

We are 5 minutes from Lake Karapiro, the Rowing Centre of New Zealand, and 15 minutes away from The Cycling Velodrome. 5 minute walk to the Polo field, and a 10 minute walk to the BMX track. Cambridge township is 5 minutes away by car and has loads of cafes and shops to browse.
