Bakhuisje aan de Lek

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Landelijk gastenverblijf, dichtbij Rotterdam

Achter onze woonboerderij staat een los gastenverblijf op ons erf. Het huisje is rustig en landelijk gelegen, maar centraal qua omgeving. Het is compleet, voor max 2 personen, met privacy en vrij uitzicht aan de achterkant van het huisje op een weiland, waar in de zomer met regelmaat wat koeien van de buren lopen en in de winter soms wat schapen. Onze boerderij is verder niet meer in functie; we hebben enkel nog kippen (die los over het erf lopen) en er zijn een paar konijnen en postduiven.

Ons modern ingericht verblijf heeft een woon/slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en keuken. U heeft een eigen ingang en het is op de begane grond. Helemaal voor uzelf. Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk (7km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13km) en Gouda (13km). Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht. E-Bikes te huur.

Hier ervaar je de Nederlandse charme in een gastvrij thuis. Bovendien bevinden we ons op een steenworp afstand van de bruisende moderne stad Rotterdam en de historische stad Dordrecht, waardoor je de perfecte balans kunt vinden tussen het verkennen van de rijke geschiedenis en de hedendaagse cultuur van de regio.

Welcome to our nice cottage, situated in a spacious garden. It’s only a five-minute walk to the subway station and two stops to Rotterdam Central . It’s the perfect place for exploring the city and surroundings. The cottage is fully modernised. Peaceful House Close to Rotterdam

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Dit centraal gelegen appartementje is perfect om Rotterdam te ontdekken. Het ligt op nog geen kilometer afstand van het centraal station. De tram stopt om de hoek. De comfortabele, gerenoveerde ruimte heeft een eigen ingang en goede wifi. Het heeft een eigen badkamer met een moderne inloopdouche. No breakfast available. The cottage is en-suite with shower, toilet & washbasin, 2 comfortable beds next to each other, a dining area and a sitting area. The cottage also has got a mini-kitchen for small meals and there are tea and coffee making facilities. (Nespresso) 2 bikes and public transportcards to borrow. No children or baby’s without swimming diploma. Frontyard with cal and camera; backyard has nò cal and camera.

Studio at alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
