This Garage apartment has the best of both worlds, just a short drive into downtown Eureka Springs and a short walk or drive down our private road to Beaver Lake. The road down to the lake is steep and all-wheel drive is recommended. (Although walking down is a great hike). This property is a 40-acre paradise. Come swimming, fishing, hiking, or have friends pick you up with their boat in the cove. There is a boat launch at Big Clifty just up the road if you are bringing your own boat.

The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the Loft home. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove steps from Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access while remaining secluded. No children or fires.
