At just three minutes walk from the train station it's directly accessible by public transport from London, Birmingham, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Nord Vue Barn is conveniently situated in the Lakeland village of Penruddock, which benefits from very easy access to the M6. The property was an 18th Century barn which the owners converted to an extremely spacious holiday cottage, with the best of traditional and modern features. It is ideally situated for fell walking, running, mountain biking, stand up paddle boarding and other mountain and lake activities. The cottage encourages a hygge-style approach to cosiness, relaxation and wellbeing.

Our mid-terraced cottage sleeps up to five guests in its three well-presented bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The heart of the home is its living room, complete with a multi-fuel stove which brings some extra cosiness in the colder months, or somewhere to dry your boots after a day in the fells. We have free parking for two cars on the driveway outside the house, and around the back is a shared garden with outdoor seating, ideal for al fresco dining when the sun is shining!

Barco House apartment is a purpose built self contained apartment completed in 2022 and set in the grounds of Barco House a lovely Victorian family home. The property offers large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The house is located in the village of Stainton which is located 5 mins from the edge of the Lake District. Only 5 minutes from Penrith, 10 minutes from Ullswater and 20 minutes from Keswick!
