Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

3 BR 2.5 BA Beach Block Home Deauville Beach

House is located on the beach block of a small neighborhood of dead end streets. A trip to the ocean is a short walk. House is completely furnished (no linens). Utilities and Cable/WiFi included. There is a great area under the house that can be used in the summer months. During the winter months (October through April) this area is unavailable. All of the furniture is stored and the water for the outside bathroom is turned off.

Condo 3 minute walk to beach with included badges!

Clean & cozy condo on beach block only steps away from the beach, boardwalk, & all the fun! Accommodate up to 4 guests with 2 queen beds. Includes pillows, blankets, sheets, and bath towels. We also provide a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea. 4 beach badges, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, toys, & boogey boards included. For a small rental fee we have motorized scooters- please inquire.

Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
