Only 1.5 miles from Lake Norfork’s Liner Creek access and less than a mile from Corps land with hiking, exploring, and seasonal hunting—your Ozark adventure starts here!

A large covered rear deck runs the full length of the house. I live on the separate lower level ready to assist, or you can have complete privacy.

The Ozark Hideaway is on 90 wooded acres 8 mi from Gainesville, MO (home of Hootin-n-Hollerin) in Ozark County on a well-maintained gravel road. Wildlife abounds as you hike the marked trails or warm by the fire pit. The cozy living room offers a gas fireplace. Sleeping space includes a queen bed in the beautifully furnished bedroom, a couch in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower & washer/dryer.

No matter how you spend your time, one thing is for sure: Relax and melt your stress away at The Overlook.

Lorland Country Retreat

Come stay on a family friendly working cattle farm with over 200 acres of beautiful landscape and gorgeous views. Enjoy your coffee/cocktails from the front porch of a turn of the century farmhouse while watching Southern Missouri's abundant wildlife including white tail deer, turkey, and other critters. We are also a pet friendly farm. The rear yard is fenced for the safety of your loved ones. There is a $10 per day per pet fee, which is due upon arrival.

Take a break at Willie's Place. A fully remodeled all electric Farmhouse in a peaceful location. Enjoy the large front porch to drink your morning coffee. A large back yard area is great to play Corn Hole or Horseshoes. It's only 3 miles from Calamity Beach Boat Ramp, 7 miles from Dollar General, 6 miles from our 24 hour gas station, 14 miles from Mountain Home, 15 miles from Gainesville, Missouri, and only 8.5 miles to Pigeon Creek-Norfork Lake access.

Ideal for couples and small families, enjoy the amenities of home while fishing in Lake Norfork, floating on the Bryant river, hunting in Caney Mtn. public hunting area, hiking in Pidgeon Creek park or observing wildlife while driving through the Caney Mtn. Conservation area (15 minutes away). Gaze at the stars while making s'mores sitting around the firepit. Relax and unwind while watching the deer in a nearby field as you drink a morning cup of coffee.
