The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Welcome to 4oh9! A renovated duplex within a short walking distance to downtown on a beautiful tree lined street with homes dating back to the 1800’s. The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying. This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. Explore the Egg Harbor River ecosystem. Paddle boat use is gratis. Canoe, paddles & safety vests available for $20 your entire stay. Atlantic City and Philly just 30 miles away. Wrap around deck puts great outdoors just outside the lakeside patio.
