Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. We offer a large, modern suite/annex with a private entrance and terrace, situated in the quiet residential area of Upper Clevedon. There is a fantastic 180* view of the Mendips and Bristol Channel, with Wales and even Devon visible on a clear day. Enjoy a drink or breakfast from the selection of items we provide, while taking in the panorama from the terrace or take a 10 mins walk downhill to great restaurants and shops on Hill road or few minutes more to the seafront. The Hidey Hole is a charming one bedroom cottage, accessed via a pretty central courtyard. Having recently been refurbished, this stylish cottage offers an eclectic mix, combining modern convenience, character features and quirky, yet sumptuous, décor. This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

Self-contained suite in Clevedon

Take a break in the West End of Clevedon. The accommodation is self-contained with its own stable door entrance, wood burning stove and private terrace overlooking views across the Land Yeo River and Marshalls Field. This stunning position is only a few yards from coastal walks and cycling routes. Clevedon's famous marine lake, which is open all year for wild swimming, is a short stroll away as are the local pub, post office and some lovely coffee shops a little further along the seafront.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Officers Mess. Fab new place

The Officers Mess is a brand new let at Ellenborough Hall. Once a billet for American service men during World War 2,the officers mess has been transformed into a luxurious hotel style suite with a beautiful private bathroom . Situated on the first floor of Ellenborough Hall you are perfectly situated. A 5 minute walk to the beach, town or the train station,easy to explore all the delights Weston has to offer. With dedicated off road parking behind automatic gates a perfect place to stay.

Cottage retreat by the seaside

This private cottage is in the heart of Clevedon with easy access to the Clevedon beach front from great coastal walks and to visit our Grade 1* pier. There are also some lovely local restaurants to choose from if you do not want to cook. Great for couples, business travellers and families (with kids who like sofa beds). There is a nice TV, WiFi and we are about to install a wood burner to compliment the air conditioning system for the cottage venting in the bedroom and living space.

Self catering cottage, sleeps 4, in Portishead.

The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. Both have tea and coffee making facilities. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to the each of the bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV/DVD player and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher.
