Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

Little Spindrift is a cosy annex with its own entrance and we are dog friendly . Ideal for two or two and a small child . In the beautiful village of Combe Martin on the stunning North Devon coast. We are ideally situation in a very quiet part of the village near the pretty church and a lovely pub . An easy 20 minute stroll takes you up the village to the beach and the South West Coastal path . We are dog friendly and there are a number of public footpaths that run past the door .

Comfortable, spacious house. 5 min walk to the harbour, watersports hub and pretty beaches. Ideally positioned for Devon’s spectacular coastal walks. 10 minute drive to the famous surfing beaches of Woolacombe /Croyde Bay. Private parking for 2 cars. 3 double bedrooms, lounge with wood burner, dining room, large kitchen, family bathroom, en suite shower, downstairs toilet. Toddler bed and travel cot available (so can easily accommodate 6 adults + 2 little ones at no extra charge).

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!

We are near world-renowned surf beaches and there are excellent walks both by the sea or further afield on Exmoor. Otherwise, you could just put your feet up, relax and admire the view!
