One bedroom basement apartment with private key code entry and private off street parking pad (free, safe and perfect for out of state guests!) Located off Pennsylvania Avenue, it’s an easy 10 min drive/Uber to the Capitol, 15 mins to the monuments/downtown DC, and 15 mins to Regan National airport (DCA). Potomac Avenue Metro Station is also a short bus/Uber ride away, and the bus stop is located less than a block away. Happy to help answer any questions for guests wanting to explore the city!

Comfortable Studio Apartment

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

Our cozy place is simplistic, yet efficient for resting after a long drive or city day. This basement apartment has separate entry in the rear of the home. This is NOT a shared space. There’s free and ample street parking for those who drive. My space is perfect for a simple, quiet getaway. Additional fees are as follows: Early check in fee ranges from $10-$30 (depending on the time), $6 to wash/dry per load, no cleaning fee.
