Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Farmhouse sleeps up to 19 and is private. I has a very large private hot tub on the patio available at extra cost. There is a swimming pool (shared with another 4 smaller cottages) and a snooker room plus additional hot tub and sauna open 10am to 10pm. It has panoramic views for around 20 miles. It has 2 large family rooms and a additional 4 large bedrooms plus a large lawn. It is at Bowlees farm cottages near Wolsingham.

Access to all of Parkdean Resorts facilities including restaurant, clubhouse, and swimming pool by purchasing a pass from reception. Sleeps 6 people: 1 double, 2 singles, 1 pullout bed in the living room. Dog friendly, but no smoking allowed. TV in living room and double bedroom. Kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine. Iron & board.

Situated on Crimdon Dene holiday park, on a private plot yet very close to the facilities and just a short walk to the beach. Set within the Durham Heritage Coastline the park is surrounded by nature reserves and beaches. We provide all necessities including bedding, towels, toiletries, tea & coffee, TV, DVDs & games, Park passes are not included but can be purchased from park reception (optional). PLEASE NOTE: THE PARKDEAN FACILITIES ARE CLOSED NOV-MAR.
