To comply with NC law, a short-term lease agreement must be signed once the property is booked.

There is ample parking for boats and horse trailers. Pasture board is available for the equestrian enthusiasts for a nominal fee. When out and about, be sure to visit the Columbia Museum and the visitor center and learn about the history of Columbia.
