La Cantera is a self-contained accommodation situated in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. Once a double-garage, it has been converted to offer our guests beautiful panoramic views, easy access to attractions in the surrounding area, privacy, relaxation, tranquillity, and a high-end interior with the added luxury of a hot tub and a log burner. La Cantera caters for everyone; bikers, couples who would like a romantic getaway, families, and groups of friends who are simply looking for a fun time away.

Cân yr Afon, a riverside retreat

Step outside and enjoy stunning walks, superb bike rides or peaceful fishing directly from this lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the beautiful Rhondda Valley, without even getting in the car. Bike Park Wales and the Brecon Beacons are also just a short drive away making the house an ideal base for anyone wanting to explore all that the area has to offer. Bike storage and bike washing facilities available. Parking for 3 cars. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional £20 pet fee per dog.

Yr Hen Stabl

Yr Hen Stabl is a dog friendly, converted farm stable full of character and charm. It is simply furnished with antique Welsh furniture and textiles. The cosy interior with wood burning stove offers a comfortable space in which to relax after long walks in the Brecon Beacons or from which to work remotely. Based near to the waterfalls, the cottage provides easy access to outdoor activities such as wild swimming, gorge walking and hiking. It is also conveniently situated for the Gower coast.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. A short drive will take you to Pen Y Fan, Dan yr Ogof Caves, Zipworld Tower, Bike Park Wales and the beautiful Gower coastline.
