Welcome to the beauty and nature of Core Sound! The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and has spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows. Other amenities are a screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs (with a single $150 pet fee), joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Captain Claude Brown built the Angler's Retreat to house his fishing party guests. The large main bedroom has a queen bed, designated workplace, and a bathroom with a soaking tub. The small bedroom houses twin bunk beds and a stacked washer/dryer. Enjoy an open kitchen/dining area and comfortable living room. The location is great for fishing, water sports, biking, and dog walking. Pets (two or less) are allowed with a single $135 pet fee.
