Our fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dining table, providing you with everything you need to cook and dine during your stay. A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. Cameras are on site. 1 at the parking lot, 1 on the side deck, back deck, covered porch, up stairs open covered card/chest room, 2 on the main dock & water, 1 outside stone patio

Our basement apartment offers two roomy bedrooms with full size windows, a full bathroom, and sleeps 5 (possibility of added guests with permission). We boast a very comfortable living room. The stocked kitchenette includes a large fridge, sink, double hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes/utensils. Fire extinguisher, fire alarms & carbon monoxide detector. Safe neighborhood. Close to Quantico. 40 miles to the DC National Mall. NO clothes washer.

The Farmhouse in Historic Occoquan Close to D.C.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.
