Outback Cozy Home is located off a back road, but just minutes from Route 30. It is back in a shared, gravel driveway. It sits beside two other parcels. One where the owners (your hosts) live, but you will still be able to have your own privacy. You will have easy access to Walmart and a few restaurants and coffee shops. It is approximately 15 miles from Sight and Sound in Strasburg, and also the town of Intercourse. And about a 30-minute drive from West Chester, Pa. The kitchen has all new appliances, including fridge, oven, microwave, and is fully stocked with kitchen essentials. It also has a spacious living room which comfortably seats 4. You have a back deck which would be a great place to drink your coffee, relax, and watch some wildlife. We want our guests to immediately feel welcome the moment they walk thru the front door. It is perfect for a quick visit or extended stay!

Just a few minutes drive to grocery stores. Located less than an hours drive from Philadelphia. Within 40 min drive to Longwood Gardens, King of Prussia Mall, Amish Attractions, and Lancaster. We have a great place for married couples, families with children, and the business travelers. We have a master bedroom with a corner whirlpool tub and private restroom and a smaller bedroom also containing its own private shower/washroom. we easily sleep four adults and have extra mattresses for others who would like to sleep on the floor.

Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe.
