The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Heartsong Farmhouse was completely renovated in 2019. Beautiful hardwood floors, brand new furniture, in a modern farmhouse style with a Boho vibe. The yard is completely surrounded by a 15ft hedgerow of holly, magnolia and camellias, like walking into a secret garden. You will feel welcome from the moment you drive up. The Llama House

Located half-way between Mathews and Gloucester on the beautiful North River with views of the Mobjack Bay, New Point Comfort Lighthouse and Gloucester Point. The ideal spot for anyone needing to reconnect with someone, nature, or themselves. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking, playing corn hole, birdwatching, napping in a hammock, sipping wine, grilling out, amazing sunsets, listening to old records, playing the ukulele, and other simple pleasures of days gone by.

"The Little Red Cabin" aka The Galley

Called the "The Galley". This is the first cabin built on the property. Right on the water with views of the Bay and beach. Galley kitchen, bedroom, small bathroom with shower, family room with a fireplace and dining area. Big screened in porch w/ fabulous breezes. Literally, right on the water!!! NO PETS. Parking for 1 car.
