Our waterfront cottages are just a short drive to some of the area's favorite restaurants, breweries & 7 minutes from Saint George Island. Throw a line from the dock, head out on your boat or hit the water in your kayak. They can accommodate up to 6 guest & feature a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, queen bedroom, bunk beds, pull-out-coach, flat screen TV's & a back porch overlooking the bay. We are also located next door to a public boat ramp with parking, Sfd retail market & bait-tackle-shop.

If you love fishing or want to spend some time on the beautiful St George Island you are only 5 miles away and 7 miles to the historical Apalachicola which is also known for the best small town shopping. Great restaurants all over to choice from. Lots of seafood! The property's owner has lived in Eastpoint over sixty years. She is well respected and takes pride in her community and welcomes you to come take a visit at her hometown.

Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

Central to Franklin county, a 10 minute drive will take you to beautiful St. George Island or to quaint Apalachicola and picturesque Carrabelle is a just a 15 minute ride away. Unplugged

Experience old Florida in this 1950's 1 bedroom 1 bathroom bungalow located on a tropical spit along the Forgotten Coast. Unplugged sits nestled in between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor with beach on one side and a bay-side boat ramp on the other. The house sleeps two in the main bedroom, two on a sofa bed in the living area, and has a small bunk room off the porch that can accommodate two children. Sorry, we do not accept pets.
