Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Our cottage, The Old Forge, was once the Blacksmith's workshop and has been in our family for nearly 40 years. It is available to let all year round, for long or short breaks, and is the ideal location for families as well as for hunting and shooting breaks. Whichever your reason for visiting the moors, The Old Forge will be the peaceful and comfortable accommodation that you require.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nestled on the edge of our family small holding on Exmoor with a herd of Red Devon cows, horses, chickens, sheep and dogs. Vegetables home grown and available through summer months, pick your own raspberries June/ July. With have breathtaking views, dark skies, endless walks and bike tracks right on the doorstep. If you want to relax, unwind and enjoy this area of outstanding beauty this is the place to be.

17thC Threshing Barn in a peaceful Vineyard setting. Beautiful cob and stone barn with original beams and features. Entire house, sleeps two, detached from the main farm house, with private entrance doorway. The Threshing Barn is located in the heart of the village of Knowstone, on the edge of Exmoor in North Devon. Located close to the Two Moors Way between Dartmoor and Exmoor. Well behaved dog welcome (£30 fee); additional dog by agreement.

A perfect getaway in the heart of Exmoor's National Park. Modernised self catering loft in a Victorian Stable block in private grounds. Perfect to come back to while exploring Exmoor, walking on the moor, the Coleridge Way or the Southwest coast path. Footpaths adjacent to the property lead through spectacular woodland up onto the moors. Ten minutes quiet walk into Porlock village with great Pubs and Restaurant's.

A south facing stylish getaway in the middle of Exmoor National Park. There is private fishing for the keen fisherman, endless doorstep walks, fresh water swimming, a short walk into Dulverton for cream teas, boutique shops and fabulous places to eat. Perfectly located to explore Exmoor and slightly further away there are the world famous North Devon beaches

You will love our luxurious newly converted barn with its woodburning stove and sauna. It is adjacent to our farmhouse so help is on hand with advice on the local area. Although we are in a secluded valley, it is just a short walk along the riverbank to the village stores, two recommended pubs and a tearoom, so no worries about whose turn it is to drive!
