The house was built in 2003, modern lines, with a covered area of 208 m2 and 500 m2 of garden. It comprises: living room, 3 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, porch, panoramic balcony, garden and parking area. The available room is very spacious, fitted with a double bed and served by a large private bathroom. Beyond the room, visitors have access to the common areas of the house can make your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Once in Pico can take advantage of visiting the islands of Faial and São Jorge, on boat trips with a duration of 45 minutes.
