This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom gite sleeps up to 6 people and is located on the edge of a quiet village close to both St Leon sur Vezere and Montignac. Built over 200 years ago on the banks of the Vezere river, this traditional stone gite is set in a beautiful parkland garden which it shares with another gite. Whilst it's tranquil location is perfect for ensuring a relaxing holiday, it is close to all the main attractions offered in both the Vezere and Dordogne valleys, and surrounding areas.

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Le gite de Fontatou peut accueillir confortablement jusquà 8 pers. dans son écrin de verdure, en pleine nature, au centre d'une vallée dégagée avec de grandes prairie entourées de bois. Nous avons le plaisir de vous accueillir en pleine campagne dans une propriété de 9 hectares (de bois, prairies et étangs), située au cœur du Périgord Noir, à proximité de tous les sites majeurs. Notre studio de 2 personnes (éventuellement 1 lit bébé peut-être rajouté) bénéficie d'un environnement calme et protégé et d'une implantation permettant de préserver l'intimité. Nos hôtes se partagent (avec 2 autres gites) une grande piscine avec une vue imprenable sur les falaises troglodytes.

Le refuge des cerfs est situé sur la commune de Saint Léon sur Vézère mais nous sommes en dehors du village. Notre petit coin de "paradis" est situé au cœur de la forêt Barade : cet endroit est protégé, naturel et sauvage. Dans cet écrin de verdure, vous trouverez le calme et la tranquillité. Vous pourrez vous prélasser au bord de la piscine ou visiter les nombreux sites touristiques qui se trouvent non loin de chez nous. Nous aurons grand plaisir à vous recevoir au Refuge des Cerfs

In the Périgord Noir, 8 km from Sarlat, Le Pomodor is a small traditional stone house set on a hillside, surrounded by unspoiled nature. You will enjoy a private, furnished terrace, as well as the generous open spaces of the garden and woodland. Since 2023, the gîte features a saltwater swimming pool (10 × 4 m). Fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Your vehicle can be parked near the gîte, and you will have sheltered storage for your bicycle(s) or motorbike(s). Your pet welcome with pleasure. 🐾

Un beau studio de 30m2 totalement indépendant de la propriété avoisinante. Avec une piscine partagée avec la propriétaire. Le studio possède un coin cuisine tout équipée, un coin repas et séjour, une jolie espace de nuit avec un lit de 160cm. La salle de bain est équipée avec un WC, lavabo et une douche italienne. La terrasse privée donne sur des vues dégagées de campagne. La maison du propriétaire est adjacente mais elle reste très discrète voir absente.
