Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.
