The Guest Suite

Open floor plan studio with parking & easy access to Old Town Alexandria, Nat’l Harbor, and DC via public transit, or with your own car. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

This newly renovated private suite is set up perfectly to be your home away from home. With a brand-new custom shower, new laundry center, comfy furnishings, and a slick work area, this space is great for traveling nurses or doctors, visiting family in the area, or interns here for new opportunities in our nation's capital. NOTE: While this space can accommodate up to 6 guests with use of a queen air mattress, the recommended maximum number of guests is 4. Each guest over 4 is $25 per night.

*One guest maximum* This modern basement studio with a private entrance is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from Old Town, Alexandria, 2 miles from the Huntington Metro Station, 5 miles from National Harbor, and 11 miles from downtown DC. Guests will have private access to the entire basement suite including a comfortable queen bed, a beautifully renovated bathroom, and a dining table/desk. The host lives upstairs and is available to assist with any questions or concerns.

Spacious lower level studio with private entrance and complimentary off-street parking. Centrally located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood a 5-minute walk to the Huntington metro. The studio features a queen size bed, daybed, walk-in shower, coffee bar with a Keurig machine, microwave, dedicated workspace, and a sizeable closet. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, 50" LED smart TV, toiletry kit, bottled water, and K-cups.

WIFI is available along with TV, only a few minutes drive to the iconic Alexandria Old Town. 12 Miles away from DC. Nearest bus stop is less than a mile and will take you straight to the Old Town. There are no pets or house parties allowed within the facility. There is a Costco with a gas station located within walking distance, and a Walmart located in less than a mile. You will also be provided with a countertop burner for any cooking you may do

Amenities include smart lock/alarm allowing for self check-in/out; spacious bedroom with a Duxiana queen bed; living room with comfy couch and smart TV; modern newly renovated bathroom; full kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle, fridge, stove/oven and microwave; and a washer/dryer.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
