The open plan apartment has an 80” Peacock enabled TV,. Enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime or other subscriptions that you have by entering your home’s password & pin information. In the lounge area there’s a 2 seater theatre style adjustable settee & a small dining table/ working area with Wi-Fi access and a fully equipped kitchen.

Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock. So the WiFi iffy. . plenty of DVD’s!

Enjoy this cozy home with a little garden and private porch for a lazy time. Only 4.5 miles to Punta Gorda Downtown with shops, restaurants and tiki bar at the piece river. We take great pride in our place and want guests to feel at home. The Punta Gorda Airport is 1.5 miles from us. Southwest Intern. Airport Forth Myers 35 miles. Beaches nearby, Boca Grande 41 mil, Englewood Beach 35 mil. We provide beach chairs and umbrella. Parking: We have space for 2 cars, RV or boat .

The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!

Quaint Cottage w/access to Peace River canoe/kayak

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
