Upstairs is the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet, family neighbourhood one block away from public transportation and a short walk from a food market, Starbucks coffee, a local wine shop, and a delicious ice cream parlour. Parking if you have a car is right in front of the house on our quiet street. If you need public transit, we are 1 short block walk to public transportation and a short walk to a food market , Starbucks coffee, Local wine shop and a delicious ice cream shop.

Fun and funky artists cottage with oceanfront, and panoramic views of Ladysmith Harbour and Woodley Range Ecological Reserve. Watch otters, seals and blue Herons as you sip your morning coffee on the covered deck. Use the 2 sit on top Kayaks and paddle board, included with your stay, to explore the harbour and the small islands across from the house. We live here and our home is compliant with the laws and bylaws for our area. There is a full kitchen and open, spacious dining and living areas.

It's a 5 minute walk to the Mt.Erskine trail head or Bader's Beach and just a 6-7 minute drive to town where you can explore the Saturday market, go shopping, dine out, go on a kayak tour, etc. Host is a long time friendly Salt Springer with lots of local knowledge and recommendations for a fun filled getaway.

An amazing place to stay. The space provided includes access to a full kitchen, full bathroom, one bedroom, and two living areas. If access to any other amenities please do not be afraid to ask. Great access to walking trails, hiking, kayaking, swimming and beach combing. A 5 min drive or a 20 min walk will bring you to the arts and crafts studios, local grocery shops, gas station, realestate offices, insurance, bakery, pizza truck, restaurants, liquor store and the local pub.

Cliff Top Family Home Over Looking the Ocean

This beautiful home is located on Oxbow Ridge on Pender Island with a breathtaking view over Poets Cove. It offers a landscaped yard with chairs to relax in to admire the views. There is a smaller cottage that tenants live in on site in an adjacent building, they have a dog on site who may pop over to say hi. The main house is the owners personal home and live in it during the year. Please note that we have two private areas that will be closed off to guests in the house.
