It’s remote and seclude and situated down about 500 feet of gravel road, just 6 miles from the quaint town of Garfield.

The house is equipped w/ a 2-man kayak, 2 paddleboards, pingpong, 2 large decks w/ lake-views, grill patio, & fire pit area for smores!

Drive to access water. Cabin not lakefront. Canoes, kayaks or paddle boats delivered to your cabin. Nice quiet setting with gorgeous view. 30 minute drive to Rogers.

The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

Located in the small town of Garfield, this place in on Hwy 62 for quick access to many NWA attractions like Eureka Springs, Bentonville, and Rogers. This is the Basement of a home that provides beds for 6, one bathroom, and a living area. Access to a laundry room is provided, but is a shared space with the upstairs home. This is a clean, updated place to rest your head while you explore all that NWA has to offer.
