Located on a very steep 3/4 acre property, you will be surrounded by nature. Deer, birds and the occasional black bear will delight you if you are quiet and patient. Just a four minute walk to Hopkins Landing, where a dock and sandy beach await. It’s the perfect place for kids of all ages (and their dog!), to play or just relax!

Top floor of cottage on the ocean with view across the straits to Nanaimo/Vancouver Island. Short ferry ride from the mainland. Located on the Sunshine Coast with incredible natural attractions and scenery. Ocean access directly in front of cottage. Skookumchuk Rapids is about 1 hour away. Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room (2 sofa beds), kitchen & patio. Located in a quiet area with a park across the street with a soccer field, playground, frisbee golf course and a dog park. A short 7min drive from the ferry and just a couple minutes to restaurants, shopping, beaches & local artisans. Max Guest is 6. This includes infants. Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
