Just a great place to just relax! We have added a small chair that converts to a bed (not very comfy) if you are traveling with kids - we can squeeze 3 in.

Located near Fall Branch, this peaceful, comfortable and secure property is just minutes from I-81 and close to Greeneville, Jonesborough, Johnson City, Kingsport and Bristol. This home is located on a small cattle farm in the hills of East Tennessee. Fully furnished and stocked 3 bedroom and 2 bath mobile home is perfect for a short term stay while you are visiting family or just getting to know the area. This older mobile home is not perfect, but it is clean, comfortable and safe.

Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are in the city limits of Kingsport, 3 miles from downtown. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together.

This unit can be rented separate with prior approval. The perfect place to get away in a quiet country setting.
