Town Green train station is a 5 minute drive away, providing trains to Ormskirk and Liverpool, and excellent local pubs are within walking distance.

There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

Coffee & Sandwich bar 1 minute walk , Royal Birkdale / Hillside Golf courses 2 minute drive. Tea tray provided. Each room has a thermostatic radiator Ample parking space for large vehicle or several vehicles NB no cooking facilities.

This cosy home is located within walking distance to Formby beach. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plenty of space to enjoy and an open plan kitchen. Gas cooker and kitchen equipped with all amenities to cook. The house has 3 floors, the upstairs master bedroom has an on suite bathroom and beautiful views onto the meadow. You can catch the sunrise from the kitchen window. The house has plenty of natural light and greenery around it.

It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.
